Synergen Energy have always placed great emphasis on the benefits obtainable from the correct usage of relevant software and have taken the initiative in developing new applications where none previously existed.

Not only were Synergen the first independent to be licensed to collect data directly from electricity meters but they have subsequently, in conjunction with Government Agencies and Universities, produced the Energy Profile Analysis ( EPA ) software. This is now routinely available and significantly improves the remote analysis of site performance.

EPA is the only available package that actually performs an analysis of changes and trends within the profile rather than simply presenting the picture. For the first time the time and nature of significant events can be identified and their effects monitored.

Another specialist development has been the production of an Expert System to analyse the variations in batch production in the Malting industry.
